Scoop after Scoop of Ice Cream at Scoops

If you're into cold desserts, dropping by at Scoops Ice Cream restaurant in Bacolod is a must. They offer mouth-watering Ice Creams with many flavors to choose from. Most of them have Fresh fruits added to the delightful cups of cold treat.

Scoops is Located at Lacson St. Bacolod City, beside L' Fishers Hotel.

We ordered the Best seller, Chunky n' Berry flavor consist of 4 scoops of Ice Cream - Mango, Raspberry, Vanilla and Strawberry. What makes it more delicious is that it has fresh banana, mango and strawberry with whipping cream and walnuts plus cherry on the top.

Korean Ice Cream and More...

Upon Browsing thru the Internet on where and what to do in Bacolod, I found this one article about a Korean Store near La Salle - Bacolod that has must-try Korean Ice Cream Sandwich. So we fixed ourselves from Hotel that we stayed and didn't miss a minute and look for that place.

This one is their Cookie that is also a best seller according to the sales girl.

This one is our most waited Ice Cream Cake. A fluffy chiffon cake filled with vanilla ice cream. I really love it because it's is not sweet as we expected. A melt in the mouth ice cream and the texture is really good to refresh after walking chasing for this dessert.

They also offer other Korean dishes like kimbab, bulgogi and other Korean grocery items.

A dinner Experience at Mandarin Tea House was great, they offer varieties of foods from rice toppings, dumplings, noodles, etc. We ordered Spareribs Rice toppings, a combination of sweet and sour sauce of beef spareribs. Sharks fin dumplings, one of my favorite in this restaurant for it's tasty and full of flavor. Wanton Noodle Soup was great, I prefer to put some chilli sauce to enjoy the soup with spicy twist.

While we stroll along Plazuela de Iloilo, beside SM City Iloilo, we found a crowded shop. Out of curiosity we entered and discovered why lots of people are on cue. A display glass of different varieties of cakes and pastries.

We tried their best selling as per waitress suggestion. One of those is their Ice Cream Sandwich which is already sold out. According to them you must grab one before 5pm.

Turtle Ice Cream Pie is first on our list. It is consist of layers of vanilla ice cream, caramel, crushed grahams on the bottom, chocolate chips and nuts. A fully-loaded ice cream and cake in one.
