Upon Browsing thru the Internet on where and what to do in Bacolod, I found this one article about a Korean Store near La Salle - Bacolod that has must-try Korean Ice Cream Sandwich. So we fixed ourselves from Hotel that we stayed and didn't miss a minute and look for that place.

This one is our most waited Ice Cream Cake. A fluffy chiffon cake filled with vanilla ice cream. I really love it because it's is not sweet as we expected. A melt in the mouth ice cream and the texture is really good to refresh after walking chasing for this dessert.
They also offer other Korean dishes like kimbab, bulgogi and other Korean grocery items.
