Indulge at Maridel's Pastry and Cake Shop

   While we stroll along Plazuela de Iloilo, beside SM City Iloilo, we found a crowded shop. Out of curiosity we entered and discovered why lots of people are on cue. A display glass of different varieties of cakes and pastries. 

    We tried their best selling as per waitress suggestion. One of those is their Ice Cream Sandwich which is already sold out. According to them you must grab one before 5pm.

Turtle Ice Cream Pie

Turtle Ice Cream Pie is first on our list. It is consist of layers of vanilla ice cream, caramel, crushed grahams on the bottom, chocolate chips and nuts. A fully-loaded ice cream and cake in one.

Frozen Lemon Meringue

      I just love this one also, Frozen Lemon Meringue. A soft meringue cake with lemon flavored custard fillings.
