Max's Experience!

 One afternoon we end up wanting some chicken. We entered Max's, one of the best restaurant with fried chicken as their specialty.

I love the design of their place mat for this season.

TIME TO EAT!
We waited for about 15 minutes before our food arrived. We ordered their Fiesta Combo meals which consist of quarter spring chicken, fresh lumpiang ubod, rice, and caramel bar.


What I love about Max's is that their Chicken are really "Sarap to the Bones!". According to what I've read about this secret recipe on the goodness of their chicken, they first steam the chicken and after deep fry until golden brown. This maybe the reason why the chicken is so tender and natural taste goes with it.
 
Another thing that makes their chicken more delicious is their Ketchup, the best pair for dip.

For dessert we ordered this mouth watering Ube Cream Decadence. A creamy dessert with ube jam I think on the center.
